| Al-Cast Mold and Pattern, Inc.
is located in a new 40,000 square foot facility in Ham Lake, MN tripling our manufacturing
capabilities. Our continued growth is a direct reflection of our drive to build the best possible tooling for the Rotational Molding Industry. New Technology We have added many new faces to our team including CNC programmers, Pattern Makers, Foundry Men, Mold Finishers and Sales people. We are now better able to serve our customers. Along with the addition of personal, we have added many new pieces of equipment in all areas of our company. These areas include the Foundry, Mold finishing, Pattern Shop and Machine Shop. With increased square footage comes the need to advance technology in order to streamline our efficiency and increase productivity. The addition of CNC equipment gives Al-Cast options to evaluate projects based on all available formats. Multi Axis Milling Equipment: Our Newest addition is Our Multi-Axis
milling machine. Our equipment has the capacity of 100" X-Axis - 50"
Y-Axis - 36"Z-Axis.
